We started Matchpoint in May with the simple idea of making tennis easier and more affordable to play. We recruited the first few players by going to Towers Park, pitching the idea of Matchpoint, and praying they would say yes.

A couple months later, and we have over 100 players, we ran our first-ever tournament, and, most importantly, we've connected strangers who have become friends (and maybe some frenemies) over this beautiful game of tennis.

As we look to next season, we're going to have many surprises for you.

We're going to perfect the core product so that Matchpoint is — without a shadow of a doubt — the easiest and most affordable way to play tennis anywhere.

We're going to introduce more social elements so that Matchpoint truly feels like a community.

We're going to double down on tournaments and give you amazing experiences to compete against each other and win great prizes.

We're going to release exclusive Matchpoint gear that's higher quality and better than anything out there.

...But we can't do all of this alone.

At the end of the day, we are a small startup, and we need all the help we can get to spread the word.

So if you have friends that play tennis, tell them about Matchpoint.
